The Barefoot International Deluxe Straight Boom is designed with direct input from elite barefooters and waterskiers to deliver a stable, rider-focused training platform. Built from high-grade aircraft aluminum, it offers exceptional strength, reliability, and long-term durability. A simplified clamp design improves longevity, and the integrated quick-release pin makes setup and removal quick and straightforward.
For added stability, two braided steel cables secure the boom to the bow of the boat, helping keep it steady even under load. This consistent feel is a major advantage for coaches, families, and ski schools. With the boom placing riders just feet from the instructor—and allowing the boat to run at much lower speeds—learning becomes safer, more controlled, and far more intuitive.

- Fits direct drive boats with a center mounted, 2 ½" diameter pylon: Designed for secure, factory-pylon installation.
- Clamp is available in 3": Must specify this at ordering; otherwise a 2 ½" clamp will be shipped.
- MUST be a factory pylon: Not compatible with aftermarket pylons for safety and stability reasons.
- Pylon must NOT be tapered: Ensures proper clamping and safe operation.
- Requires a clear path from the pylon to the side of the boat: No towers, windows, or obstructions perpendicular to the pylon on the boom side.
- Compatible with Height Adjuster (B107) and Boom Extension (B110): B107 enables one-pin height adjustments; B110 extends the rider farther out to avoid chine spray.
- Regular maintenance: Apply clear silicone grease to quick-release pins to keep them operating smoothly.
- Ideal for beginners and ski schools: Allows for comfortable instruction at slower boat speeds.
