The Radar Vapor T.R.A. Water Ski is designed to help young skiers ignite their competitive drive and progress quickly in the slalom course. Built from a scaled Vapor mold, this junior-focused ski delivers the same high-performance DNA as Radar’s flagship design while being specifically engineered for lighter riders. Rather than simply shortening an adult ski, the Vapor T.R.A. is carefully redesigned to provide the right blend of cross-course speed, stability, and control for developing competitors.

Constructed with Lithium construction, the ski delivers lively response and efficient acceleration while remaining balanced and predictable through each turn. Designed with input from Radar’s design leader Matt Rini—who has spent decades developing junior champions—the Vapor T.R.A. is built to help young skiers build confidence, improve technique, and chase buoys with consistency.

The ski carries the core performance principles of the Vapor line: speed, balance, and space. For 2026, Radar refined the relationship between tunnel rocker, bevel rocker, and tip height to create a smoother tunnel entry and more balanced platform. This allows skiers to engage the tip confidently as they move into the turn while maintaining strong support through the tail, delivering a smooth and controlled pull from apex to edge change.

The Attitude-Control Tunnel further enhances stability by optimizing how water flows from the tip through the length of the ski. By carefully balancing the ski’s rocker profile and tunnel shape, the design creates a predictable platform that remains composed when initiating aggressive turns, giving young skiers the confidence to attack the course.
