We ride a lot in the winter - which means we use a lot of various wetsuits. We have bought the boutique $700 suits made in a eco friendly Japanese botanical garden. We have also used the $150 wetsuits that leak water before you even get to the lake. We saw the need for a really nice value suit that checks every box of warmth, fit, stretch, durability, and dryness, we are looking for. We wanted to have a tribute to our surfing ancestors. • STARPATH: A tribute to the ancient Peruvian civilizations who, thousands of years ago, rode reed boats like surfboards. On the Northern Coast of Peru they used the lights of the sky as their map - jumped in their watercraft - and rode the waves to their favorite fishing hole.
• THICKNESS: We see your industry standard 3/2 wetsuit and we raise it 0.5mm. We ride through the winter months in a 3/2 and would get a little cold at times, but felt too constricted in a 4/3. We proudly present our 3.5/2.5mm full wetsuit. More mobility then a 4/3 and more warmth than a 3/2. Enjoy.
• TOASTY TECH: Like a golden brown piece of bread popping out of the toaster– we use a Warmbase fiber that generates that extra heat to keep you warmer and riding longer.
• 4-WAY STRETCH: A little extra zip for your downward dog pose, or grabbing that stailfish with some extra authority. Whether Yoga or wakeboarding is your activity of choice while wearing a wetsuit – we have the magical flex zones.
